The Calendar

Two registers. What is coming, which is anything the province has called and anyone may attend, shown in your own time zone because this server is played from several continents. And the annals, which is what has already happened, dated in the province's own calendar and carrying the source for every entry.

What is coming

Nothing is on the calendar right now. Moots, markets, trials, feasts and hunts are posted here by the lore team as they are called, and everything scheduled shows in your own time zone. Until one appears, the Discord is where a gathering gets arranged.

The annals of the province

Dated history, newest first. Every entry names where its date comes from, and where the story is told properly it links there rather than retelling it. A date written c. is our arithmetic from a source that gave it relatively, not a year anybody wrote down.

  1. 4E 185
    23rd of Last Seed
    Falkreath

Rigmyr Old-Pelt is raised in Falkreath

Chosen after Kellanved stepped down, which is how a seat changes hands here: in character, at a moot, and not by application.

  2. 4E 185
    Last Seed
    Falkreath

    Kellanved Ultor steps down

He left the seat of Falkreath with a published proclamation rather than quietly, and the court kept his record where it stood.

High King Varic Law-Giver dies at sea

  5. 4E 175
    The Pale

    The White-Gold Concordat

The Great War ends on terms that hold on paper and in very little else. Everything Mereth plays is downstream of this document.

    The Companions

    The Blood-Score begins

Shield brother turned on shield sister over who should take the mantle of Harbinger, and it was decided that to claim Jorrvaskr was to prove the claim. Twenty years of infighting followed.

  8. 4E 35
    The Vigilants of Stendarr

    The Vigilant Rule is written

First Keeper Maurice of Glenpoint pens a codex for the newly founded Knights Vigilant, on the argument that Stendarr's Mercy does not stop at a temple door.

    The Vigilants of Stendarr

    The Crusaders take their vows

Sworn guards of Stendarr's temple, before the order ever left its doors. Thirty years later their First Keeper would write them a rule for a world beyond it.
